Job Duties
- Cook and prepare meats such as steak and chicken
- keep steak and chicken supply fresh and ready
- maintain clean and organized grill area
- properly store and label food items
- monitor food inventory and notify management of low supplies
- ensure food items cooked to appropriate temperature and served promptly
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks
- perform other duties as needed to assist restaurant operations
