This Grill Cook position offers full-time or part-time employment with a competitive pay range of $16 to $18 per hour. As a Grill Cook at Sodexo, you will play a vital role in the kitchen team, contributing not only by preparing delicious and nutritious meals but also by supporting sustainability efforts to reduce food waste. - High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Open availability for varying shifts, including days and hours
- Ability to work full-time or part-time
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable

- 0 to 2 years of related experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety
- Ability to follow recipes and use kitchen equipment properly
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipes
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other assigned duties based on business necessities and client requirements
