Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0 - 2 years of related experience is beneficial
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including days and hours with open availability preferred
  • Reliable and punctual attendance
  • Flexibility to perform various kitchen duties as assigned
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and safety practices

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0 - 2 years of related experience is beneficial
  • Team-oriented and adaptable

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipe(s)
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned which may differ depending on business necessities and client requirements
  • Reduce food waste by efficient and proper handling of ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area
