Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience cooking on a chargrill in a high volume restaurant setting
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to use knives, slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors
- Able to walk or stand 100 percent up to 8 hours of shift
- Able to carry and safely maneuver up to 50 lbs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station
- Communicate effectively with team members and management

Job Duties
- Properly learn and execute recipe procedures
- Cook multiple different proteins such as burgers, ribs, fish, shrimp, chicken to various temperatures simultaneously
- Cook grilled sandwiches
- Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and presented attractively
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
- Communicate ticket times to team members and management when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, adhering to food safety protocols
