Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years old
  • authorized to work in the US
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to see, hear, and speak clearly
  • capable of ascending and descending stairs
  • able to sit and stand for extended periods
  • able to lift up to 30 pounds
  • able to bend, stoop, and kneel
  • willing to work in various weather conditions
  • able to operate a computer for extended periods
  • able to travel as required
  • able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • must be free from sedatives and disclose all pharmaceuticals affecting performance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous restaurant experience preferred
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Cook and prepare meats such as steak and chicken
  • maintain a clean and organized grill area including proper storage and labeling of food items
  • monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are running low
  • ensure all food items are cooked to appropriate temperatures and served promptly
  • follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen
  • perform other duties as needed to support restaurant operations
