Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience cooking on a chargrill in a high volume restaurant setting
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use knives, slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors
  • Ability to walk or stand 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift
  • Able to carry and safely maneuver up to 50 lbs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization according to food safety protocols
  • Friendly and dependable

Job Duties

  • Properly learn and execute recipe procedures
  • Cook multiple different proteins (burgers, ribs, fish, shrimp, chicken, etc.) to various temperatures simultaneously
  • Cook grilled sandwiches
  • Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and presented attractively
  • Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
  • Communicate ticket times to team members and management when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, adhering to food safety protocols
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen and restaurant to company standards
  • Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
  • Use knives, slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
  • Walk or stand 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift, able to carry and safely maneuver up to 50 lbs
  • Clean assigned station at the end of the shift
