Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work weekday morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately
  • Capability to operate kitchen equipment such as grill and fryer
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Must be able to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment

Job Qualifications

  • Team-oriented and adaptable
  • Ability to work reliably and maintain a healthy and safe working environment
  • 0-2 years of related experience preferred but not required
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods
  • Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipe(s)
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, which may vary based on business necessities and client requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen work area
  • Collaborate with team members to reduce food waste and ensure customer satisfaction
