Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work weekday morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately
- Capability to operate kitchen equipment such as grill and fryer
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Must be able to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Ability to work reliably and maintain a healthy and safe working environment
- 0-2 years of related experience preferred but not required
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods
- Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipe(s)
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform additional duties as assigned, which may vary based on business necessities and client requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen work area
- Collaborate with team members to reduce food waste and ensure customer satisfaction
