Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties
- Manage yields and quality ensuring each food item is properly prepared and presented
- Manage the quality of each food item that allows for proper cook and serving times
- Manage levels of available product
- Manage the ingredient levels
- Maintain a safe, sanitized, and high functioning food preparation and cook station
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Operate kitchen equipment efficiently
