Job Duties
- cook and prepare meats including steaks and chicken
- keep supply of steak and chicken fresh
- maintain a clean and organized grill area including proper storage and labeling
- monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are low
- ensure food items are cooked to appropriate temperature and served timely
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines including handling and storage of raw meats
- assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen
- perform other duties as needed to assist in the restaurant operation
