We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team at 715 North Avenue, New Rochelle, NY 10801, as Grill Cooks. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with a fixed pay rate of $21.50 per hour and is scheduled primarily over weekend shifts from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, with further schedule details to be discussed during the interview process. Ideal candidates will have prior cooking experience and a passion for delivering quality food and exceptional customer service.

The role of Grill Cook is integral to ensuring customers receive freshly prepared, safe, and delicious meals promptly. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food items quickly while maintaining high standards of taste, appearance, and portion control. Your duties will include taking customer orders, completing dishes with precision, and serving food at multiple stations while adhering to Compass Group's established service protocols. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and equipment is paramount, as is following food safety regulations and handling procedures.
