- capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- able to lift up to 30 pounds
- able to bend, stoop, and kneel
Job Duties
- cook and prepare meats including steak and chicken
- maintain a clean and organized grill area
- properly store and label food items
- monitor food inventory and notify management of low supplies
- ensure all food is cooked to appropriate temperatures and served promptly
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with kitchen cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
