Job Qualifications

  • able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with cooking

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipes
  • prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte or operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
  • attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time
  • follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • perform other duties as assigned that may vary based on business needs and client requirements
