Job Duties
- Cook and prepare meats including steak and chicken
- keep supply of meats fresh and ready for customers
- maintain a clean and organized grill area including proper storage and labeling
- monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies run low
- ensure food items are cooked to appropriate temperatures and served promptly
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen as needed
- perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations
