Job Requirements

  • at least 16 years old
  • must be authorized to work in the US
  • must have a valid driver's license
  • ability to see, hear and speak verbally and audibly
  • ability to ascend and descend stairs
  • ability to sit and stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • ability to bend, stoop and kneel
  • ability to work outside in various weather conditions
  • ability to work on a computer for extended periods
  • must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • must be free from sedatives and non-sedative in state
  • must disclose prescribed or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair job performance

Job Qualifications

  • restaurant experience preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • good communication skills
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook meats including steaks and chicken
  • maintain clean and organized grill area
  • properly store and label food items
  • monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are low
  • ensure food is cooked to appropriate temperature and served promptly
  • follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • assist with kitchen cleaning and maintenance tasks
