Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to work as part of a team
- reliable and punctual
- basic math skills

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a big smile and genuine Aloha
- make each customer's experience exceptional by listening to their needs and offering personalized recommendations
- keep the positive vibes flowing and create a harmonious atmosphere for guests and teammates
- get involved in community initiatives that bring people together and make a difference
- work as a team to keep operations running smooth and clean and ensure guests have a fantastic time
- perform service roles such as cashier, dining room attendant, indoor and outdoor runners, drive-thru, and parking lot director
- perform utility roles including dish, Dole Whip, service line, food prep, linebacker, bagger, and cook responsible for preparing high quality food in a safe manner and cleaning/sanitizing items used in food preparation to prevent contamination
