The Grill Cook position at Mo' Bettahs is an essential role focusing on preparing the restaurant's signature meats, especially steaks and chicken, with great attention to quality and consistency. Job Requirements

at least 16 years old
authorized to work in the US
valid driver’s license
able to see, hear and speak verbally and audibly
able to ascend and descend stairs
able to sit and stand for extended periods
able to lift up to 30 pounds
able to bend, stoop and kneel
able to work outside in various weather conditions
able to use a computer for extended periods
able to drive or travel for business purposes
able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment
free from sedatives and non-sedative state at work
able to disclose pharmaceuticals that may impair job performance

Job Qualifications

at least 16 years old
authorized to work in the US
valid driver’s license
restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties

cook and prepare meats such as steak and chicken
maintain a clean and organized grill area including proper storage and labeling of food items
monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are low
ensure all food items are cooked to appropriate temperature and served promptly
follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines including proper handling and storage of raw meats
assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen as needed
perform additional duties as needed to assist in the restaurant's operation
