Job Requirements

  • at least 16 years old
  • authorized to work in the US
  • valid driver’s license
  • able to see, hear and speak verbally and audibly
  • able to ascend and descend stairs
  • able to sit and stand for extended periods
  • able to lift up to 30 pounds
  • able to bend, stoop and kneel
  • able to work outside in various weather conditions
  • able to use a computer for extended periods
  • able to drive or travel for business purposes
  • able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment
  • free from sedatives and non-sedative state at work
  • able to disclose pharmaceuticals that may impair job performance

Job Qualifications

  • at least 16 years old
  • authorized to work in the US
  • valid driver’s license
  • restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties

  • cook and prepare meats such as steak and chicken
  • maintain a clean and organized grill area including proper storage and labeling of food items
  • monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are low
  • ensure all food items are cooked to appropriate temperature and served promptly
  • follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines including proper handling and storage of raw meats
  • assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen as needed
  • perform additional duties as needed to assist in the restaurant's operation
