This full-time Grill Cook position at Sodexo involves working varying shifts with open availability preferred, accommodating the needs of different meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events. The pay range for this role is $17.25 to $20.00 per hour. As a Grill Cook, you will have the opportunity to create and prepare nutritious and appealing hot and cold food items efficiently and with great attention to detail. The role requires a combination of culinary skills and customer service, emphasizing teamwork and a positive attitude to enhance the dining experience. You will be responsible for accurately reading and measuring ingredients according to recipes, operating grill stations and other kitchen equipment, and preparing food for a la carte service. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and operate kitchen equipment safely

Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, grill, and present hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipes
- Prepare food and serve customers at a la carte or operate grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
