Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years old
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to see, hear and speak verbally and audibly
  • Ability to ascend and descend stairs
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop and kneel
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to operate a computer including keyboard and mouse
  • Ability to travel by car, air or other transportation for business purposes
  • Must report to work responsive and free from sedatives
  • Disclosure of pharmaceuticals that may impair job performance
  • Ability to handle natural and regular stressors on the job

Job Qualifications

  • At least 16 years old
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Preferred restaurant experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety protocols
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Cook and prepare meats such as steak and chicken to restaurant standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized grill area including proper storage and labeling of food items
  • Monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are low
  • Ensure all food items are cooked to the appropriate temperature and served promptly
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines including proper handling and storage of raw meats
  • Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen as needed
  • Perform other duties as required to assist with restaurant operations
