Job Requirements
- At least 16 years old
- Authorized to work in the US
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to see, hear and speak verbally and audibly
- Ability to ascend and descend stairs
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop and kneel
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to operate a computer including keyboard and mouse
- Ability to travel by car, air or other transportation for business purposes
- Must report to work responsive and free from sedatives
- Disclosure of pharmaceuticals that may impair job performance
- Ability to handle natural and regular stressors on the job
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years old
- Authorized to work in the US
- Valid driver’s license
- Preferred restaurant experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety protocols
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Cook and prepare meats such as steak and chicken to restaurant standards
- Maintain a clean and organized grill area including proper storage and labeling of food items
- Monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are low
- Ensure all food items are cooked to the appropriate temperature and served promptly
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines including proper handling and storage of raw meats
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen as needed
- Perform other duties as required to assist with restaurant operations
