Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • knowledge of grill cooking techniques
  • ability to follow food safety regulations
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience as a grill cook or in a similar kitchen role

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook food on the grill station
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill area
  • follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
  • assist with opening and closing duties of the kitchen
  • work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
  • adhere to restaurant policies and procedures
