- Prior cooking experience preferred
- Ability to adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Physical ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Strong communication skills

- Prior experience as a cook is preferred

- Ability to push or pull heavy equipment
Job Duties
- Setting up and stocking station according to schematics
- Cooking meat and vegetables to company standards/recipes
- Cooking rice and grains to company standards/recipes
- Document temperatures on all grilled items before transferring to line
- Utilize only the freshest ingredients
- Report quality issues to management
- Maintain food safety standards in accordance with company and local county standards
- Monitoring food levels online to ensure replacements are completed in a timely manner
- Ensuring that your workstation always remains clean and orderly
- Station breakdown and cleaning on closing shifts
- Informing the manager when equipment is due for maintenance, repair, or replacement
- May perform other tasks as assigned by management
