Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of related experience preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Ability to follow recipes and portion control
- Must comply with food safety regulations
- Must be able to work in a team environment

Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for different meal periods
- Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operate grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte service
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
