0 to 2 years of related experience beneficial
ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred

ability to follow recipes and prepare food safely
commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
0 to 2 years of related experience in a food service or kitchen environment beneficial
strong team orientation and adaptability
reliable and punctual work ethic
knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
ability to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
customer service skills
ability to operate kitchen equipment including grills and fryers

Job Duties

Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipe(s)
prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas
collaborate with team members to ensure food safety and quality standards are met
other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
