The role of a Grill Cook at Mo' Bettahs is integral to the food preparation team and the overall dining experience. This full-time position requires an individual who is passionate about cooking, attentive to detail, and capable of performing efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meats such as steak and chicken, ensuring that they are fresh, properly cooked to the right temperature, and ready to be served to customers promptly. Maintaining a clean, organized grill station is essential for safety and quality, including proper storage and labeling of food items to comply with food safety standards. You will need to monitor food inventory and communicate with management when supplies are running low to ensure continuous service without interruption.

In addition to cooking duties, the Grill Cook will assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen, helping to keep the entire operation running smoothly. This role demands a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, including careful handling of raw meats and other ingredients to prevent contamination. Employees must be physically capable of performing the job requirements such as standing for extended periods, lifting weights up to 30 pounds, and working under varying weather conditions if necessary. The ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management is critical, as is a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as they arise to support the restaurant's daily operations. Job Requirements
