Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
- 0 - 2 years of related experience beneficial
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Strong team player mentality
- Capability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws

- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipes
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte stations and/or operate grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen area
- Reduce food waste by applying portion control and sustainable practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
