Job Duties

Prepare proteins, vegetables, and other food items using grills, fryers, flattops, and steam wells with emphasis on quality, consistent presentation, and timeliness
Ensure your station is clean and safe by following cleaning and sanitation procedures
Communicate effectively to maintain a positive work environment in the kitchen
Prep, stock, and organize your work station according to proper procedure and time constraints
Adhere to standardized recipes
Fill orders accurately and promptly to reduce ticket times
