The role of Marketing Coordinator at Griffin Media is an exciting full-time opportunity designed for professionals eager to contribute to the company’s marketing and communications strategies. Beyond marketing execution, the position demands effective time management and a proactive approach to supporting company initiatives. Key qualities for success in this position include humility, a strong work ethic, interpersonal savvy, positive attitude, and a pronounced sense of urgency. Working at Griffin Media also involves occasional in-state travel and participating in evening or weekend events to cover various business needs. This is not a remote position and expects a commitment to office presence and active participation in company activities.

The Marketing Coordinator must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, and preferably familiar with project management tools like Basecamp. The capability and enthusiasm to learn new systems and processes are vital. Additionally, the role involves some physical and mental demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds, handling emotional stress, and the ability to communicate clearly in English. Holding a valid Oklahoma driver's license and having an acceptable driving record are mandatory to fulfill certain job-related duties such as travel for events or meetings.

This comprehensive role at Griffin Media offers a fantastic opportunity for marketing professionals who wish to grow in a collaborative and supportive environment. The successful candidate will directly impact the visibility and success of the company’s radio stations while contributing to a positive work culture shaped by ideal team player attributes.
