This role is available for both full-time and part-time positions, offering a competitive hourly pay rate of $12.75 plus tips, which vary depending on shifts and sales. As a Greeter/Retail Associate at Maui Brewing Co. Kailua, you will be the first friendly face guests encounter upon entering the establishment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the retail store, keeping merchandise well-stocked, and assisting guests with their retail purchases. You will also manage the waitlist efficiently, ensuring guests are welcomed warmly and seated promptly. A crucial aspect of the role involves ensuring adherence to Maui Brewing Co. Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and local liquor laws, promoting a safe and responsible environment for all patrons. In addition to greeting and retail duties, you will support the Front of House (FOH) team with various tasks such as folding napkins, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining and bathroom areas. Upholding all health, hygiene, and safety standards is a key element of your daily responsibilities, contributing to the overall positive guest experience. This role requires a personable individual who can foster a team-oriented environment, seamlessly collaborating with colleagues to meet the establishment's high standards.
