We are currently looking for responsible and customer-focused individuals to join us as Vehicle Pickup and Delivery Associates. This role is essential in maintaining a seamless flow of operations by ensuring vehicles are picked up from and delivered to customers' homes or workplaces efficiently and on schedule. The position offers flexibility with part-time or full-time employment options available. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, reflecting the value we place on dependable and courteous service.
The role includes a variety of tasks such as using smartphone-based tracking applications to maintain updated schedules, driving vehicles between service lanes, stalls, parking lots, and customer locations, and operating shuttle vans to transport customers when needed. Additionally, associates are responsible for documenting vehicle locations to support service vehicle inventory and may perform quick vehicle checks like battery tests and wheel alignments. Job Duties
- Pickup and re-delivery of vehicles to guest's home or work
- Communicate with guests and service advisors to keep pickup and re-delivery of vehicles on schedule
- Utilize smart phone based tracking app
- Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, parking lot, customer home or work as needed
- Document parking location on key tags for inventory of service vehicles
- Retrieve and deliver vehicles from various area locations
- Drive shuttle van to shuttle customers to and from home or work at times
- Perform quick test of batteries and wheel alignments using quick check equipment in service lane
- Perform other duties as assigned
