The Greeter's primary responsibility is to warmly welcome guests upon arrival, manage the waiting list through Din Tai Fung’s text message waiting system, and efficiently seat guests to optimize table turnover and reduce wait times. The position offers an hourly pay rate of $17.13 plus estimated tips ranging from $11.75 to $12.75 per hour, reflecting both base compensation and additional earnings based on guest service.
