Serving from sunrise to sunset, the outlet features a menu with serious food selections, craft coffee, and a full bar program, catering to diverse guest preferences and occasions.

Within this vibrant and fast-paced environment, The Cafe seeks dedicated Greeters, also known as Hosts or Hostesses, who play a vital role in shaping the overall dining experience. These individuals are tasked with welcoming guests warmly, creating the very first impression upon arrival, and providing exemplary service by managing table accommodations efficiently. As the initial point of contact, Greeters influence guest satisfaction by offering thoughtful menu recommendations and ensuring a seamless flow within the restaurant seating arrangements. Beyond these primary responsibilities, Greeters may also assist with additional tasks such as rolling silverware and maintaining cleanliness, adaptable to the business's dynamic needs.

This position is ideal for those who thrive in high-energy environments and aspire to work where hospitality standards are exceptionally high. The role is part-time and seasonal, with an expected end date around Labor Day 2026. Compensation is competitive, with an hourly rate of $19.50, reflecting the value Hyatt places on skilled and dedicated team members. Job Requirements

  • minimum 1 year in food and beverage or customer service role
  • experience in a full-service or hotel food and beverage environment preferred
  • ability to stand for a minimum 8-hour shift
  • ability to lift, carry, and move at least 50 pounds
  • strong multitasking ability
  • warm, confident, and professional under pressure
  • punctuality and reliability
  • ability to work outdoors for long periods of time
  • ability to follow Hyatt values during each shift
  • ability to take direction from supervisors and leaders
  • open availability including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
