Job Requirements
- Minimum one year in food and beverage or customer service role
- experience in a full-service or hotel food and beverage environment preferred
- ability to stand for a minimum eight-hour shift
- ability to lift, carry, and move at least fifty pounds
- strong multitasking ability
- warm, confident, and professional under pressure
- punctuality and reliability
- ability to work outdoors for long periods
- ability to follow Hyatt values
- ability to take direction from supervisor and leaders
- open availability including weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Welcoming and greeting guests with warmth and professionalism
- managing reservations and seating arrangements
- providing accurate wait times and accommodating guest preferences
- offering knowledgeable menu recommendations to enhance guest dining experience
- assisting with rolling silverware and maintaining cleanliness in the dining and host areas
- coordinating with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow
- adhering to Hyatt’s standards and values during every shift
