Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year in food and beverage or customer service role
  • experience in a full-service or hotel food and beverage environment preferred
  • ability to stand for a minimum eight-hour shift
  • ability to lift, carry, and move at least fifty pounds
  • strong multitasking ability
  • warm, confident, and professional under pressure
  • punctuality and reliability
  • ability to work outdoors for long periods
  • ability to follow Hyatt values
  • ability to take direction from supervisor and leaders
  • open availability including weekdays, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Welcoming and greeting guests with warmth and professionalism
  • managing reservations and seating arrangements
  • providing accurate wait times and accommodating guest preferences
  • offering knowledgeable menu recommendations to enhance guest dining experience
  • assisting with rolling silverware and maintaining cleanliness in the dining and host areas
  • coordinating with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow
  • adhering to Hyatt’s standards and values during every shift
