Job Requirements

- no prior work experience required
Job Qualifications
- ability to read and write to communicate and provide verbal instructions to patients
- excellent interpersonal skills
- good judgment skills
- strong telephone skills
- preferred high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- assist patients in and out of vehicles safely
- direct patients and visitors to appropriate departments and answer questions accurately
- work with volunteers and medical personnel to ensure steady supply of wheelchairs at front doors
- maintain assigned entrances in a clean and orderly manner
- participate in personnel development activities and required training
- adapt behavior to specific patient populations including respecting privacy and communication methods
- perform other related duties as required
