With a focus on delivering an unparalleled experience to both customers and employees, Fields Volvo Cars Northfield has established itself as a leading destination for drivers seeking premium Volvo vehicles and excellent after-sales services.
Fields Volvo Northfield is currently welcoming applications for the position of Service Greeter/Porter. This role is critical as it serves as the first point of contact for the dealership’s valued guests, making the Service Greeter/Porter an ambassador of the company’s five core values: Safety, Integrity, Courtesy, Presentation, and Efficiency. The position offers a dynamic work schedule from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and is available in both full-time and part-time formats, providing flexibility for candidates with varied availability. Compensation starts at $15.00 per hour, with additional benefits that promote growth, wellness, and financial security for team members.
In this role, the Service Greeter/Porter is not only responsible for logistical tasks such as safely moving vehicles within the dealership but also plays an essential part in creating a welcoming and luxurious customer experience. The position entails greeting service guests warmly, assisting with valet transportation, ensuring vehicle logistics between service lanes and parking areas, and collaborating with the detailing team to expedite car wash services. Moreover, maintaining the cleanliness and professional presentation of the service drive and surrounding areas is a vital part of delivering an aesthetically superior and efficient environment for customers and staff alike. The role requires individuals who possess a positive, team-oriented mindset focused on hospitality, reliability in following instructions and safety protocols, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Fields Volvo Northfield values its employees as its greatest asset and provides clear pathways for career advancement through internal promotion, ongoing paid training programs, and a supportive, collaborative work culture. The dealership offers comprehensive health, dental, vision, and disability insurance options, along with a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and life insurance benefits to ensure the well-being and security of its workforce. Employees also enjoy perks like vehicle purchase plans, service discounts, health and wellness initiatives, and community-building events such as Saturday lunches. Joining the team at Fields Volvo Cars Northfield means becoming part of a company where luxury meets legacy, and where your contributions are valued and recognized every day.
