Job Duties
- Greet all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner
- Actively promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup
- Model brand standard for customer service by presenting a professional image adhering to dress code with logo shirt, name badge, and welcoming body language
- Check in all customers' merchandise for return
- Check in all Vendor representatives, completing visitor log and controlling visitor badges
- Remain aware of all special events in the store and inform customers of events, sales, or promotions while providing promotional materials
- Ensure entryway and surrounding work areas remain clean, tidy, and safe for customers and Outfitters
- Assist in facilitation of customer check-in of all firearms/weapons by notifying designated Outfitter without handling firearms
- Perform all other duties as assigned
