As a Golf Greeter, you will be an integral part of the team, acting as the agent of the Director of Golf and playing a key role in the smooth operation of the golf course. This role involves greeting players upon arrival, checking receipts, informing customers about the rules and regulations, and enforcing these rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all players.
The Golf Greeter is essential to maintaining the pace of play and ensuring that tee times are accurately recorded and adhered to. This position demands a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This position offers a dynamic work environment for individuals who enjoy working both indoors and outdoors, interacting with people, and contributing to the overall experience of golf at a high-caliber club. Ideal candidates will be at least 16 years old, possess a valid driver's license, have reliable transportation, and have some experience in food and beverage or retail, although strong interpersonal and basic computer skills are also highly valued.
