The role of Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant at Lucky Strike Entertainment is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to immerse themselves in a fun and social work environment. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be instrumental in setting the overall tone of their visit by providing warm, friendly, and welcoming service both in person and over the phone. In this capacity, you will be responsible for managing waitlists, tracking lane and equipment availability, assisting guests with basic bowling instructions, and handling sales transactions at the counter. You will also be tasked with maintaining communication with the mechanics by promptly reporting pinspotter and pinsetter malfunctions to ensure smooth operations. Operating various systems including POS, central panel, computers, and PA systems will be part of your daily routine. The position demands excellent telephone etiquette, a keen eye for detail in cash control procedures, and the ability to handle guest inquiries sensitively and efficiently.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and meet the state's minimum age requirement for alcohol service. The working shifts are primarily during evenings and nights, with weekend availability essential to cover peak times. The work environment is typical for an entertainment venue, involving walking, bending, standing for extended periods, and occasional lifting with assistance.
