The Greeter for the Community Marketing Program acts as a brand ambassador, working from a kiosk situated in a busy, central location in Las Vegas. This role also involves attending events such as trade shows, festivals, and conferences to engage potential customers face-to-face. The primary objective is to provide information about the vacation club experience, invite guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations, and incentivize attendance. This is a sales-based position with a blend of hourly pay plus commission, offering uncapped earning potential, with a minimum target goal of $45,000. - ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings
- proficiency in ms excel, ms word, general computer skills, and smart devices
- clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
- one to three years of sales and or marketing experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for travel + leisure
- greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals
- make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
- attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current on marketing information and materials, keep current on industry trends
- maintain performance goals and contribute to team success
- engage with the public at events such as trade shows, festivals, and conferences
- provide exceptional customer service ensuring a positive guest experience
