Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant hosting or similar role
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends
  • Physical stamina to stand for prolonged periods

Job Qualifications

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experiences in a luxury resort preferred
  • Must possess a professional presentation
  • Outstanding guest services skills, sophisticated verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and create a positive first impression
  • Manage table accommodations and seating arrangements
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and handle final points of contact
  • Coordinate with restaurant staff to maintain smooth service flow
  • Stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
