The Ambassador role at AmeriPark plays a critical part in delivering superior customer experiences and ensuring the seamless operation of parking facilities. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and service, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and operational safety. Ambassadors are responsible for greeting and assisting guests as they arrive and depart, effectively managing traffic flow, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the parking environment. This role requires close collaboration with Operations Managers and Shift Supervisors to uphold high standards and ensure smooth daily operations.
The Ambassador functions not only as a customer service ambassador but also as a vital operational staff member who keeps the facility running efficiently. This includes managing vehicle counts to prevent overfilling, assisting with parking equipment, and educating guests on payment procedures and parking policies. Because this role often involves working outdoors under varying weather conditions, candidates must be prepared for physical demands such as standing and walking for prolonged periods. Employers provide necessary weather protection as available, although exposure to temperature changes is expected.

Job Duties
- Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- act as traffic controller to direct incoming guests to available parking spaces
- assist guests in operating pay machines and educate guests in regard to parking policies
- perform vehicle counts when required to ensure garage does not overfill available spaces
- control traffic at entrances and exits as needed and provide assistance to customers who have forgotten where they parked
- assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment as directed by the Operations Manager
- use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns and relay information to shift or Operations Manager as necessary
