The Greeter role at Buffalo Wild Wings is crucial to the overall guest experience and sets the tone the moment guests walk through the door. As a Greeter, you will be responsible for welcoming guests warmly and creating legendary experiences that keep them coming back. This position involves managing waitlists efficiently and ensuring guests are seated promptly to maintain a smooth flow in the dining area. Job Requirements

  • must be at least 16 years of age or older
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • reliable transportation to and from work
  • willingness to provide excellent customer service
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • basic knowledge of restaurant operations

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant
  • manage waitlists and seat guests efficiently
  • provide exceptional guest service and address guest inquiries
  • maintain a friendly and energetic atmosphere in the front-of-house area
  • coordinate with the host stand and service team to ensure smooth operations
  • uphold cleanliness and organization in the entrance area
  • promote and explain current promotions and discounts to guests
