Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age or older
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- reliable transportation to and from work
- willingness to provide excellent customer service
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- basic knowledge of restaurant operations
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant
- manage waitlists and seat guests efficiently
- provide exceptional guest service and address guest inquiries
- maintain a friendly and energetic atmosphere in the front-of-house area
- coordinate with the host stand and service team to ensure smooth operations
- uphold cleanliness and organization in the entrance area
- promote and explain current promotions and discounts to guests
