Job Duties
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival
- check in guests using Din Tai Fung’s text message waiting system
- guide guests to their assigned tables
- manage the flow of the dining room by seating guests efficiently
- support smooth table turnover
- help reduce guest wait times
- ensure guests feel welcomed and taken care of from arrival through seating
