Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- proven experience in event coordination or planning
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in event management software and tools
- ability to work on-site full-time in Dallas, TX
- strong problem-solving skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
