Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years old
able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
ability to stand for extended periods
adeptness at multitasking
basic math skills
reliable transportation for delivery drivers
willing to follow food safety and hygiene standards
able to lift moderate weights

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
excellent customer service skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong communication skills
experience in food service or hospitality preferred
leadership ability for front leader and kitchen leader positions
valid driver’s license and clean driving record for delivery drivers
ability to perform physical tasks required in kitchen and delivery roles

Job Duties

take orders and enter them into system
perform basic food prep like making salads and boxing orders
train new front crew members and handle customer disputes
close the store and manage POS operations when manager is absent
execute shift successfully in kitchen ensuring timely and quality order preparation
maintain kitchen stations and lead kitchen crew
deliver orders courteously and efficiently to customers' doors
assist with cleaning tasks such as changing trash bags, sweeping parking lot, and washing dishes
