The role of Vacation Sales Manager at Hilton Grand Vacations, specifically based at Great Wolf Lodge, is a pivotal position within the sales department. The Vacation Sales Manager will lead and manage the Vacation Sales Ambassador Team, driving the production and achieving sales targets for vacation packages. Key duties include proactively engaging all eligible guests on-site to promote and sell mini vacation packages, leading the sales team to consistently meet or exceed budget package targets, and driving ongoing performance management to optimize sales results. - obtain and build a high-performance sales team
- improve the partnership with Great Wolf Lodge by collaborating on guest experience
- provide information and incentives for guests in Great Wolf Hotel according to local policies
- proactively pursue all eligible guests on-site to preview Hilton Grand Vacations through direct purchase of a mini vacation package
- lead area-based sales teams towards the achievement of package sales objectives
- ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development and retention of area sales representatives
- meet and achieve all budget package targets
