This role is positioned within Aprilaire's Madison, Wisconsin facility, which is currently seeking Temporary, Full-Time Assemblers for a summer-only opportunity. This position is ideal for mechanically minded individuals who are eager to engage in hands-on assembly work within a lively manufacturing setting. The opportunity spans all shifts, providing flexibility for those interested in different work schedules including first, second, and third shifts. Compensation for this role is competitive with a base hourly wage of $14.60 plus shift premiums and incentive production pay that cumulatively range from $19 to $29 per hour.

As a Temporary, Full-Time Assembler at Aprilaire's Madison facility, you will be responsible for following detailed written and verbal instructions to manually assemble products and parts to high-quality standards. The role requires vigilance in recognizing and addressing production issues as they arise to maintain product quality and efficiency.
