Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- coffee experience preferred but not required
- ability to stand for 6 hours or more per shift
- ability to perform repetitive motions
- ability to bend stoop or kneel as needed
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- use of hand dexterity for writing grabbing pulling twisting and shaking
- ability to clean and restock work areas empty trash and sanitize equipment and utensils
Job Qualifications

- good listening skills and ability to take critical feedback
- basic computer skills and aptitude for technology
- willingness to work in high-energy fast-paced team environment
- high school diploma or GED
- availability to work peak hours including nights early mornings weekends and holidays
- food handlers card
Job Duties
- Educate customers on beverage menus and take orders
- greet all customers as they pull up
- perform day-to-day operations of the coffee stand including assigned employee duties
- maintain cleanliness of the bar area and stand
- report maintenance needs
- maintain quality control of products during shifts and customer exchanges
- handle cash and operate POS system
- comply with health and safety regulations
- complete financial reporting per shift following company protocol
- work independently or as part of a team delivering quality and consistency
- solve customer challenges with excellent service
- communicate customer feedback to management and recommend new menu items
- participate respectfully with co-workers and management
- maintain positive staff morale
- ensure excellence in coffee preparation and customer experience
- stay knowledgeable about products
- consistently prepare excellent quality beverages
