Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • coffee experience preferred but not required
  • ability to stand for 6 hours or more per shift
  • ability to perform repetitive motions
  • ability to bend stoop or kneel as needed
  • ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • use of hand dexterity for writing grabbing pulling twisting and shaking
  • ability to clean and restock work areas empty trash and sanitize equipment and utensils

Job Qualifications

  • Must be able to work on feet and stand for long periods
  • ability to communicate with confidence transparency and integrity
  • positive and pleasant attitude
  • good listening skills and ability to take critical feedback
  • basic computer skills and aptitude for technology
  • willingness to work in high-energy fast-paced team environment
  • high school diploma or GED
  • availability to work peak hours including nights early mornings weekends and holidays
  • food handlers card

Job Duties

  • Educate customers on beverage menus and take orders
  • greet all customers as they pull up
  • perform day-to-day operations of the coffee stand including assigned employee duties
  • maintain cleanliness of the bar area and stand
  • report maintenance needs
  • maintain quality control of products during shifts and customer exchanges
  • handle cash and operate POS system
  • comply with health and safety regulations
  • complete financial reporting per shift following company protocol
  • work independently or as part of a team delivering quality and consistency
  • solve customer challenges with excellent service
  • communicate customer feedback to management and recommend new menu items
  • participate respectfully with co-workers and management
  • maintain positive staff morale
  • ensure excellence in coffee preparation and customer experience
  • stay knowledgeable about products
  • consistently prepare excellent quality beverages
