Handling guest complaints with tact and within your authority is another key part of this role, with guidance and escalation to management as needed to maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction and safety.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • three years prior relevant lounge, restaurant, or cocktail serving experience preferred
  • ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Collect money while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures
  • participate in photographic opportunities with guests, the media, and special events
  • resolve guest complaints within scope of authority
  • refer matters to management when necessary
  • notify supervisor or security of unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
  • serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests on the gaming floor
  • engage with guests to deliver exceptional service experiences
