We are currently seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our Grill Crew team. The Grill Crew position plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our club’s food and beverage service, responsible for all aspects of food preparation including grilling, cooking, and frying. This role supports both regular dining services and special event operations, particularly golf tournaments and outings, making it an exciting opportunity for those interested in a dynamic and customer-focused environment. Employees in this role will handle food preparation according to company guidelines and FDA requirements, ensuring every dish served meets our high-quality standards.

This position requires excellent multitasking skills to manage orders from the point-of-sale system, assist with inventory management, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and food prep areas. Grill Crew members must work closely with colleagues and management to coordinate food and beverage arrangements, especially during events. Additionally, team members will be responsible for accurately accepting payments, maintaining stock levels for beverages and snacks, and providing exceptional customer service by answering questions about menu items and food preparation procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled
  • All applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • Food & beverage experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic mathematics skills required
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Job Duties

  • Maintain a memorized knowledge of the menu, prices and ingredients
  • Prepare meals by company preparation guidelines and FDA requirements for proper food temperatures
  • Assist with conducting detailed weekly inventory counts and meeting with vendors to place food and beverage orders
  • Complete daily and weekly food preparation tasks
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, food prep areas, and storage areas by proper cleaning of food preparation equipment, work areas, counters, tables, and etc. are consistently done throughout shift
  • Accurately answer customers’ questions and provide information on food and beverage procedures, when needed
  • Take orders from customers through the point-of-sales system
  • Ensure collection and recording receipt of appropriate payment (cash, credit card transactions)
  • Handle and record cash and credit card transactions in accordance with company procedures
  • Ensure beverage coolers and snacks are stocked properly and consistently throughout shift, as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required by upper management
  • Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled
