Responsibilities include managing kitchen staff through hiring, training, and coaching, establishing efficient kitchen systems for preparation, inventory, and sanitation, controlling food and labor costs to meet budget targets, and sourcing ingredients with a focus on seasonality and local partnerships. The Winery Chef plays an integral role in cultivating a respectful, inclusive culture within the kitchen while also serving as a key player in cross-functional event planning and guest programming.

With a salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, alongside a comprehensive benefits package, this role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced culinary professionals passionate about hospitality, storytelling, and luxury food and wine experiences. The ideal candidate will bring 5 to 7 years of culinary leadership, a strong foundation in food safety and sanitation, and the ability to thrive in high-volume, high-visibility environments.
