Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of professional culinary experience including leadership in a commercial kitchen
- knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and allergen awareness
- capability to design seasonal menus with wine pairings
- strong organizational skills with cost management experience

- enthusiasm for hospitality and storytelling
Job Qualifications

- passion for hospitality, storytelling, and delivering memorable moments
Job Duties
- create seasonal, wine-focused menus for tastings, events, and private experiences
- lead all kitchen operations, ensuring service readiness, consistency, and quality
- collaborate with hospitality and wine education teams to align food and wine storytelling
- manage food safety, sanitation, and compliance with all health regulations
- develop systems for prep, execution, inventory, and cleanup that scale with demand
- manage food and labor costs, minimize waste, and maintain cost targets
- hire, train, schedule, and develop kitchen staff
- foster a respectful, inclusive kitchen culture and provide clear feedback and coaching
- source ingredients thoughtfully, prioritizing local and seasonal partners
- partner cross-functionally on events, programming, and new guest experiences
