The Assistant General Manager role at Schulte Hospitality Group represents an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, service-oriented professional eager to contribute to SHG’s mission and growth. This position plays a pivotal role in assisting the General Manager in overseeing all facets of hotel operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards, maintaining guest satisfaction, and driving operational and financial success. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for managing budgets, controlling expenditure, recruiting and training staff, and maintaining statistical and financial records to meet sales and profit targets. The role involves hands-on management, including meeting and greeting customers, handling complaints, troubleshooting operational challenges, and ensuring events and conferences run smoothly. Additionally, this role supervises maintenance, renovations, and security while ensuring compliance with health, safety, licensing laws, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience as an assistant general manager
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Financial savvy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
